This Privacy Policy explains how Cluck Heist ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you play. Cluck Heist is developed and published by SmikDev. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to this policy.
Cluck Heist is a single-player game. We do not ask for your name, email or any personal details, and we do not run our own servers that collect your data. Your game progress is stored only on your own device. The only data collected by third parties is what's needed to show ads and process in-app purchases, as described below.
The Game saves your progress — such as your current level, chicken tokens, feathers, high scores and unlocked items — locally on your device. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you clear the app's data or uninstall the Game.

If you purchase the "No Ads" option, advertisements are disabled.
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as token packs, skins and the ad-free upgrade). Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We use RevenueCat to manage and validate purchases. We never see or store your full payment details — those are handled entirely by Google. RevenueCat may process a purchase token and an anonymous app-generated user identifier to deliver your purchase and restore it across devices.

Cluck Heist is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where ads are shown, we aim to configure them appropriately for a general audience. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised policy.
